Beginning in the southerly corporation line of the City of Willoughby Hills, the same being the line which separates the County of Lake from the County of Cuyahoga, at its intersection with the centerline of Worrell Road, said centerline also being the line which separates said City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Kirtland;
Thence westerly along said line which separates the County of Lake from the County of Cuyahoga to its intersection with the centerline of the Chagrin River Road (State Route No. 174);
Thence northerly along said centerline of the Chagrin River Road to its intersection with the centerline of Eddy Road;
Thence southwesterly along said centerline of Eddy Road to its intersection with the centerline of SOM Center Road (State Route No. 91);
Thence northerly along said centerline of SOM Center Road to its intersection with the northerly line of Interstate Route No. 90;
Thence northeasterly along said northerly line of Interstate Route No. 90 to its intersection with the line which separates the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Willoughby;
Thence northeasterly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Willoughby to its intersection with the line which separates said City of Willoughby Hills from the Village of Waite Hill;
Thence southerly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby Hills from the Village of Waite Hill, the same being the center of the Chagrin River, to its intersection with the aforesaid line separating the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Kirtland;
Thence southerly along said line separating the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Kirtland to the point of beginning.
