103.01 OFFICIAL SEAL.
   (a)   Council hereby recognizes the existing Seal, as displayed in City Hall and the Chambers of the City Council, attached to original Ordinance 2006-55, as Exhibit “A” and referenced herein, as the “Official Seal” and thereby exclusively represents the Government of the City of Willoughby Hills.
   (b)   The ownership and all usage rights of the Official Seal of the City of Willoughby Hills shall remain under the exclusive ownership and control of the City and may not be reproduced without the express permission of the City Council.
   (c)   Council hereby prohibits the use of any representative symbol of the City of Willoughby Hills, or facsimile thereof, other than the Officially Sanctioned Seal referenced in subsection (a) hereof.
   (d)   No person shall print, reproduce or claim ownership of the Official Seal of the City of Willoughby Hills, or any image that appears to represent the City of Willoughby Hills or having any resemblance to any image or symbol used by the City, without the express concurrence of the City Council.
   (e)   No person shall use, in any form of media, any representative symbol of the government of the City of Willoughby Hills unless said media is an official publication of the government of The City of Willoughby Hills.
   (f)   Within 30 days from the effective date of this section, the Mayor shall order the replacement of all media, printed or electronic, that displays any seal or other representative symbol of the government that is not officially sanctioned by the Council.
   (g)   As soon as is reasonably possible, and not longer than 90 days from the effective date of this section, the Mayor shall replace all forms and documents that are disseminated to the public, or are used in the transaction of City business, that includes any seal or other representative symbol of the Government that is not officially sanctioned by the Council.
