For the purpose of this Planning and Zoning Code, the City of Willoughby Hills is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:
(a) Residential Districts.
R-1 Traditional Single-Family District
R-2 Attached Single-Family/ Townhouse District
M Multi-Family District
M-1 High Rise Apartment District
SCR Senior Citizen Residential District
(b) Commercial Districts.
B-1 Limited Commercial District
B-2 Commercial Campus/ Mixed-Use District
B-3 High Density Mixed-Use Commercial District
(c) Office District.
E Research and Office District
(d) Industrial District.
I-1 Light Industrial District
