The operator or supervisor of a game room shall not permit a sound level in excess of ninety decibels for thirty seconds or more of any minute. The sound control shall be determined by a sound level meter conforming with the American Standards Association Specification Z.24.3-1944, using the weighted network C and measured at a point not less than three feet from the mechanical amusement device while in continuous operation.
