(a) The Chief of the Fire Department is hereby authorized to provide and promulgate rules and regulations requiring the interior arrangements for game rooms and mechanical amusement devices in a manner consistent with public safety and all applicable federal, state and local ordinances and regulations.
(b) The interior of the game room shall also contain sufficient toilet facilities as required and defined by the current provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
