Every private policeman shall provide, along with his application for registration as a private policeman, proof that he is insured by a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount of at least three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for any and all claims arising out of his activities as a private policeman or activities incidental or related thereto.
