Any person acting as a private policeman with the limits of the City shall wear a green, tan or grey uniform.
No person not a member of the Police or Fire Department of the City shall wear a uniform cap, badge or buttons similar to or in imitation of the official uniform at the time in use by the members of such Departments. The use of Police blue is specifically prohibited.
