The Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to revoke any original or renewal of a permit issued under this chapter upon notice and hearing for any of the following causes:
(a) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for permit or renewal thereof.
(b) Any violation of this chapter.
(c) Conviction of the applicant for any crime or violation of Municipal ordinance involving moral turpitude. (Ord. 1977-4. Passed 3-10-77.)
