The Director of Public Safety or his representative is authorized to enter upon and inspect the premises and required records of any permittee to determine whether the permittee is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The making of an application for a permit under this chapter shall constitute a waiver of objection to any inspection or entry made pursuant to this section. (Ord. 1977-4. Passed 3-10-77.)
