(a) This curfew shall not apply to minors on an emergency errand as directed by the parent/guardian, custodian or responsible person twenty-one years of age or older, or member of the minor’s family over eighteen years of age who has been given legal responsibility for the minor’s care, control and custody.
(b) This curfew shall not apply to any minor that is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other responsible person over the age of twenty-one years of age, or a member of the minor’s family over eighteen years of age who has been given legal responsibility for the minor’s care, control and custody.
(c) This curfew shall not apply to minors returning from any school, church, lodge, or other similar civic, school or religious organization sponsoring a function that minors may attend. However, if minors are not within the confines of their homes within one hour after such function has ended, the provision of this curfew shall be applicable and in full force and effect.
(d) This curfew shall not apply to minors who are returning directly home from their place of lawful employment. (Ord. 1996-47. Passed 5-9-96.)
