(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(c) This section shall have no application to law enforcement officers as such term is defined in Ohio R.C. 2901.01 or to officers, agents or employees of Ohio or of the United States, acting within the scope of their duties. (Ord. 1978-62. Passed 12-28-78.)
