SPECIAL MEETING - MAY 12, 1998
A special meeting of the WILLIAMSTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES was called to order by Supervisor Obst on Tuesday, May 12, 1998 at 6:45 PM. The Clerk was asked to record who was present and if a quorum was present. Clerk Graham stated a quorum was present and recorded the following: Supervisor Obst, Clerk Graham, Treasurer Nilsson, Trustee Wiegandt, Trustee Zaban and Attorney Stephen O. Schultz.
Treasurer Nilsson moved and Clerk Graham seconded to go into closed session to consult with legal counsel on pending litigation and possible settlement discussions where public discussion could have a detrimental financial impact on the litigation and the Township. Motion approved unanimously.
Clerk Graham moved and Trustee Wiegandt seconded to go out of closed session at 7:30 PM. Motion approved unanimously.
Supervisor Obst adjourned to the regular meeting of the Williamstown Township Board of Trustees barring any objections. There were none.
