MAY 12, 1998
The regular meeting of the WILLIAMSTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES was called to order by Supervisor Obst on Tuesday, May 12, 1998 at 7:44 PM. The Clerk was asked to record who was present and if a quorum was present. Clerk Graham stated a quorum was present and recorded the following; Supervisor Obst, Clerk Graham, Treasurer Nilsson, Trustee Wiegandt, Trustee Zaban, Building Inspector Aven and Attorney Stephen Schultz.
The agenda was read over with the following additions: Change of July Board meeting date; cemetery board letter authorization regarding payments; Mitchell Road access by the schools; Hideaway Woods 4 preliminary plat approval.
Attorney Questions - Stephen Schultz
Fairfax homes annexation was reported on previously. Pre-trial conference with Judge Houk regarding the sewer agreement. Final Pre Trial on June 15th. Trial Date will probably be set in July if not settled by then. Proposed site plan for pond on the Foote property.
Attorney Schultz left at 7:50 PM.
