§ 1311.871 SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA).

SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA) means an area of the floodplain subject to a 1% or greater chance of flooding in any given year. It is shown on the FIRM as Zone A or A1-30.
