One or more persons living in a single dwelling unit and functioning as a common household unit sharing household expenses and sharing joint use of the entire dwelling unit. A
FAMILY shall not include more than three persons who are not “related” to each other (see definition). See “group home” provisions which may allow a higher number of unrelated persons. A “treatment center” shall not be considered a FAMILY or a “group home”. See also the definition of a “dwelling unit”.
