§ 1161.05 ESTABLISHMENT OF SMOKE CONTROL BOARD.

For the purpose of facilitating the enforcement of this article, there is hereby established a non-salaried Smoke Control Board to be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Council, which shall consist of not more than five members, residents of the city.
