§ 905.08 DEPOSIT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.

The issuance of a permit for construction of a curbing, sidewalk or driveway shall authorize the necessary and reasonable use of sidewalks or street space for the deposit of materials needed for the construction, subject to any rules or regulations governing such temporary deposits of material.
