Any permittee for the construction of curbing, sidewalk or driveway shall save and hold the city harmless from any and all claims whatever by adjoining property owners which could, may or have arisen as a result of the issuance by the city of a particular line and grade if the line and grade is not in conformity with adjoining lines and grades.
