§ 717.05 REPEAL EXCEPTIONS.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances, inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. However, this article shall in no way repeal any zoning ordinances or zoning permits issued pursuant to such zoning ordinances, nor shall this article be applicable to any licensed scrap or scrap processing dealer.
