§ 701.01 WILD ANIMALS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (a)   The art, trade or business of keeping lions, tigers, leopards, bears, wildcats, wolves, foxes or any other similar vicious wild animals within the city is hereby declared to be noxious and offensive to the inhabitants of the city and dangerous to the health of the inhabitants of the city, and is hereby prohibited.
   (b)   However, nothing contained in this section shall prohibit any circus or animal show from performing in the city; provided, the animals are not within the city for a period greater than seven consecutive days.
