§ 521.12 PARKING BY FACILITIES USED FOR GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSES.

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle by a facility used for governmental purposes for a period of time not to exceed 15 minutes and while parked, the vehicle shall have its hazard warning signals on.
