City Traffic Control Maps shall be prepared and maintained by the Director of Public Services or his or her designee. At least one set of such Maps as currently amended shall be kept on file in the office of the Director of Public Services and the office of the Chief of Police. The Director of Public Services or his or her designee may combine information for two or more Traffic Control Maps upon a single map. All Traffic Control Maps shall be public records, but the keeping of these maps shall not be a requisite condition for the prosecution of any violation of this Traffic Code.
