(a) Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction, before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall undergo imprisonment for not more than 90 days; provided, each day’s violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) In addition to any penalty imposed, the city may revoke any license issued under the provisions of this chapter for any violation of this chapter or any other applicable city ordinance.
