§ 329.08 SALE OR ADMISSION TO LICENSED PREMISES OF MINORS.

It is hereby declared that the sale by any person or the admission to a licensed premises of a person under 18 years of age within the city is prohibited as a nuisance, offensive to the general public and inimical to the peace, health and welfare of the city.
