§ 35.30 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Fire Department, which shall consist of a Fire Chief, a Secretary- Treasurer and such other personnel as may be appropriate for the needs of the Fire Department.
   (B)   The number of personnel in the Fire Department shall be set by the City Council.
