§ 34.04 DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.
   It is the policy of the city that certain rules and regulations regarding employees’ behavior are necessary for efficient business operation and for the benefit and safety of all employees. The city will maintain a workplace that is free from the effects of alcohol and drug abuse.
