(A) Posting at the vacation rental. The owner of the vacation rental must display the name, phone number, and email address of the designee/emergency point of contact in a conspicuous place within 20 feet of the primary entrance and street facing of the vacation rental to read as follows: name or address of property, name of designee/emergency contact, contact information, max occupancy, max parking allowed. Signs must be a minimum of six square feet and maximum of eight square feet.
(B) Failure to comply. In addition to any other penalty pursuant to the city code, a violation of this section shall be a civil offense. Each day a vacation rental does not display the information required by this section shall constitute a separate violation.
