§ 116.08 FINES; PENALTIES.
   (A)   Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Criminal penalty. Among other penalties that may apply, including revocation or suspension of a permit (when applicable), any person who violates any provision of this chapter, whether or not the act is specifically stated as being unlawful, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
