(A) It shall be unlawful for a person to operate a mobile food unit at any location within the city without obtaining a permit from the City Clerk in accordance with City Code. The mobile food vendor shall comply with the requirements of this chapter.
(B) A permit issued pursuant to this chapter, including a renewal of a permit, is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance if the mobile food vendor is in compliance with this chapter. The permit is non-transferable.
