(A) Any existing or future building or structure that is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained and any existing or future use of land shall be in compliance to this chapter,
(B) No building permit may be lawfully issued until all requirements of this chapter have been met.
(C) A certificate of zoning compliance is required with the issuance of any building permit or use of any land.
