§ 157.08 AMENDMENTS.

(A) Requests. Amendments to this chapter may be requested by any person or agent of any person by filing an application with the Planning and Zoning Official. Amendments to this chapter may also be initiated by the City Council or the Planning and Zoning Commission.

(B) Procedure. The procedure for amending this chapter shall be in accordance with the city’s development procedures ordinance.
