§ 156.14 RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   A schedule of rates and charges for use of the Airport and its facilities shall be established by the City Council and each person or organization subject to said rates and charges shall promptly pay the amounts due.
   (B)   A copy of such schedule shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk and copies furnished upon request.
