(A) No person shall use an aircraft gate position on the Airport unless he or she has been authorized to use it.
(B) Except in an emergency, no person shall emplane or deplane passengers on the Airport in an area that has not been established for that purpose by the Council upon recommendation of the Committee.
(C) No person shall park an aircraft which is carrying explosives or flammable materials, nor shall he or she load or unload such items on or from such aircraft, other than in areas designated by the Council upon recommendation by the Committee.
(D) No person may repair an aircraft while it is parked at the gate position, except for minor adjustments.
