(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any public officer or candidate who fails to file a financial disclosure statement, as required by § 30.07 of this chapter, or who knowingly and intentionally files an incomplete financial disclosure statement is guilty to an offense punishable by a fine not less than $300 and not more than $1,000 or confinement in the County Jail up to 30 days.
