(A) Every ordinance, after its final passage as provided in § 30.26 of this chapter, shall be filed by the Clerk in the archives of the city, and the same shall not be removed therefrom save upon the order of the Council.
(B) The Clerk shall record all ordinances passed in a well bound book with his or her certificate of correctness of such record, which record shall be used for all purposes the same as the original ordinances, and shall be open at all reasonable hours to the public.
