§ 154.044 PLOT PLANS.
   (A)   One-family through four-family residential structures.
      (1)   Information required at the time of application (one copy of each):
         (a)   Completed application and fees; and
         (b)   Proof of ownership (title policy) and/or owner’s written authorization.
      (2)   Information required directly on plans (ten copies of each to be submitted with application):
         (a)   North arrow, date of plan, date of revision, engineer scale, legend;
         (b)   Address of project;
         (c)   Legal description;
         (d)   Name, address and phone number of owner;
         (e)   Name, address and phone number of person or firm responsible for plan;
         (f)   Lot size;
         (g)   Existing easements and rights-of-way;
         (h)   Proposed curb cuts, paved areas, parking areas and sidewalks;
         (i)   Landscaping plan including existing vegetation to remain and new vegetation with common and botanical name, planting size and mature size;
         (j)   Waterways on or adjacent to site;
         (k)   Lot grading plan;
         (l)   Existing/proposed structures and their uses, with dimensions and distances from platted property lines; and
         (m)   Location and size of proposed water and sewer service connections.

   (B)   New structures or exterior remodeling of structures in the Historic Preservation Zoning District.
      (1)   Information required at the time of application (one copy of each):
         (a)   Completed application and fees; and
         (b)   Proof of ownership (title policy) and/or owner’s written authorization.
      (2)   Information required directly on plans (ten copies of each to be submitted with application) - sheet size 24 inches by 36 inches:
         (a)   North arrow, date of plan, date of revision, engineer scale, legend;

         (f)   Name, address and phone number of person or firm responsible for plan;

         (k)   Existing easements and rights-of-way;
         (l)   Proposed easements and rights-of-way;

         (o)   Landscaping plan including existing vegetation to remain and new vegetation with common and botanical name, planting size and mature size;
         (p)   Landscape installation and material costs if costs are to be guaranteed;

         (r)   Proposed two-foot contours or other topography acceptable to City Engineer;

         (aa)   Trash disposal areas and enclosures;
         (bb)   Location and size of proposed water and sewer service connections;
         (cc)   Elevation drawings showing all views of existing and proposed structures including height, colors and textures;
         (dd)   Graphic information for all exterior materials, colors, architectural detail including trim and hardware, illumination and security features;
         (ee)   Detail sign plan showing size, color, letter style, location and method of attachment; and
         (ff)   Study of capacity and need for water and sewer services.

         (a)   North arrow, date of plan, date of revision, legend and engineer scale, one inch equals 200 feet or larger;
         (b)   Name of project;
         (c)   Address of project;
         (d)   Name, address and phone number of owner;
         (e)   Name, address and phone number of person or firm responsible for plan;
         (f)   Lot size;
         (g)   Existing uses on and adjacent to site;
         (h)   Existing zoning on and adjacent to site;
         (i)   Existing curb cuts on both sides of perimeter streets;
         (j)   Existing/proposed easements and rights-of-way;
         (k)   Existing paved areas;
         (l)   Proposed curb cuts, paved areas, parking areas and sidewalks;
         (m)   Existing/proposed waterways and ditches on or adjacent to site;
         (n)   Lot grading plan;
         (o)   Existing/proposed structures and their uses, with dimensions and distances from platted property lines;

         (q)   Proposed use and number of employees (for non-residential uses);
