§ 114.04 MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS.
   Any person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall maintain a written record of all business transactions, including a description of the item purchased, the date and time of purchases and the name and address of the person from whom it was purchased. This record shall be in the English language and shall be available at any reasonable time for inspection by the police or other designated official.
