(A) Application for a license shall be made to the office of the City Clerk.
(B) Said application shall request such information as, but not limited to, a description of the location of the applicant, together with a statement concerning the type of business contemplated.
(C) Upon receipt of a properly completed application and the payment of a fee as specified in this chapter, the City Clerk may issue a license for a junk shop, pawnbroker or a second-hand store, subject to all the provisions of this chapter.
