This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with existing provisions of other laws or ordinances of the city, except those specifically repealed by this chapter. Issuance of a license by the city does not certify that the person is in compliance with any other statute, law, code or ordinance, including this code of ordinances. Issuance of any kind of business license does not bar or estop the city from enforcing any other statute, law, code or ordinance, including this code of ordinances.
