§ 111.16 FEES IN ADDITION TO TRANSACTION PRIVILEGES.
   (A)   Application fees levied under this chapter are in addition to the transaction privilege tax that may be required under § 110.01 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If an applicant or business license holder fails to comply with § 110.01 of this code of ordinances, the City Manager is authorized to initiate the process for suspension or revocation of the business license in § 111.99(C) of this chapter.
