(A) The penalty for violating any prohibition or requirement imposed by this chapter is a Class 3 misdemeanor unless another penalty is specifically provided for.
(B) Failure to comply with any permit requirements, as per § 94.02 of this chapter, issued by the Fire Chief is a civil offense punishable by a fine of $500 for each violation thereof.
(C) Failure to comply with § 94.03(B)(1) and (B)(2) of this chapter is a civil offense punishable by civil fine of $500 for each violation thereof.
(D) Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of § 94.20 shall be guilty of a class one misdemeanor. Each occurrence of a violation shall be separate offense punishable as herein described. Violations of § 94.20 shall be enforced under the same conditions and procedure as set forth in A.R.S. § 13-3903.
