§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any violation of §§ 93.20 through 93.22 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $2,500, or by six months in jail, or both.
