§ 12.02 APPLICABILITY.

(A) This chapter provides for consent orders and civil citations, which are in addition to all other legal remedies that may be pursued by the city to address violations of this city code.

(B) The use of this chapter neither limits nor precludes the city from pursuing any other type of enforcement allowed by law.
