The corporate limits of the city shall be as shown and designated on the official plat on file in the office of the County Recorder. Said plat is also on file in the office of the City Clerk. The boundaries of said corporate limits shall be as designated by said plat, which is adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
