§ 51.46 EXCESSIVE WATER CONSUMPTION RATES.
   (A)   During Resource Status Level 3 and Resource Status Level 4, single-family residential rates shall increase to 150% of the established rate for any water consumption between 15,000 and 20,000 gallons.
   (B)   Rate shall increase to 200% of the established rate for any water consumption greater than 20,000 gallons per billing cycle.
   (C)   Rate increases shall take effect with the billing cycle(s) following implementation of Resource Status Level 3.
