§ 117.09 REGISTRATION REVOCATION AND REINSTATEMENT.
   (A)   Any registration issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the County Land Use Department for any violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter. The revocation shall be in addition to any fine or penalty imposed.
   (B)   No person whose registration has been revoked as herein provided shall be eligible for a new registration for a period to be determined by the Director of Building Services based upon the severity of the violation.
   (C)   All appeals from the action of the County Land Use Department to revoke a contractor’s or subcontractor’s registration shall be filed within ten days of the action with the Land Use Committee of the County Board who shall conduct a hearing on the revocation.
   (D)   The County Land Use Department may refuse to issue a registration in the event that any of the provisions of this subchapter, which are conditions precedent to the issuance of the registration, have not been met. Any appeals from an action of the County Land Use Department to refuse to issue a contractor’s or subcontractor’s registration should be filed within ten days with the Land Use Committee of the County Board who shall conduct a hearing on the refusal to issue a registration.
