§ 32.046 SOLICITING, OFFERING OR RECEIVING ANYTHING OF VALUE.
   (A)   No elected official, his or her spouse or child, shall accept anything of value, based upon any understanding, either explicit or implicit, that a judgment or decision may be influenced, or to gain any type of advantage for themselves.
   (B)   No elected official, his or her spouse or child, shall solicit or accept any anonymous gift, favor, service or anything of value.
