§ 110.101 PHYSICAL VIOLENCE INVOLVING WEAPONS.
   The Liquor Commissioner may suspend or revoke any licenses issued by him or her if he or she determines, after hearing, that there was any physical attack or fight involving a weapon on the premises, or if there was any unlawful discharge of a firearm on the premises.
