§ 110.074 ACCOUNTABILITY FOR CONSUMPTION, DISPENSING AND/OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL.
   (A)   Any person under the age of 21 who has been found consuming, dispensing and/or being in the possession of alcoholic liquor is in violation of this chapter.
   (B)   If found to be in violation of this chapter for the consuming, dispensing and/or possession of alcoholic liquor by a person under the age of 21, this person shall be fined a maximum of $200 for each violation.
