(A) No person shall sell, deliver or attempt to sell or deliver any alcoholic liquor to a person under 21 years of age, except in the performance of a religious ceremony.
(B) No licensee under this chapter, nor any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of any licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years, or to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him or her to be a habitual drunkard or an insane, mentally ill or mentally deficient person.
(C) Any person to whom the sale, gift or delivery of any alcoholic liquor is prohibited because of age shall not purchase, or accept a gift of any alcoholic liquor, nor have alcoholic liquor in his or her possession.
